In today's world, where attention spans are short and information overload is the norm, creating engaging, clear, and memorable legal graphics is vital to help you effectively communicate complex information and arguments to juries. Jurors will visualize evidence whether visual communication is employed or not, so it's imperative you present a strong visual case to reinforce your strategy and arguments.

In this webcast, experienced Legal Graphic Consultant and Vice President at DecisionQuest (a U.S. Legal Support Company), Olivia Jeffers, will address what litigators and trial teams can do to engage jurors with legal graphics. We'll explore the latest strategies and techniques for designing visually compelling trial presentations to help you connect with jurors and stay in control of how the evidence is perceived. Join us to learn:

  • Best practices for how to use graphics to complement your arguments
  • How to choose the right type of graphics for different case types

  • Tips for using graphics in coordination with expert and witness testimony

  • How to incorporate questions to generate involvement of the jury

  • Why attorneys should partner with professional legal graphic designers
