Virtual Labor and Employment Arbitration:
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

This session will examine the benefits and challenges of conducting and participating in virtual labor and employment arbitration during the pandemic. Practitioners from labor, management, plaintiff and defense who have actually participated in virtual arbitration will speak about their experiences. Discussion will include, among other considerations, observations on the technology, factors influencing the decision to go virtual, client concerns and reactions, problems experienced and means of resolution.
CLE: This webinar is accredited for CLE in CA, IL, NJ, and NY; TX credit is pending. The following jurisdictions accept reciprocal credit with these accredited states, and individuals can use the certificate they receive to gain CLE credit therein: AZ, CT, ME, NH. The following jurisdictions do not require CLE, but attendees will receive general certificates of attendance: DC, MA, MD, MI, SD. For all other jurisdictions, a general certificate of attendance will be issued that can be used in other reciprocal jurisdictions or for self-application of accreditation.
