As we embark on a new year, join us for a live virtual yoga session to discover easy, mindful movements and breathing techniques you can practice at your desk, or anywhere, to stay focused, improve your strength and reduce stress. No prior experience or yoga clothes required! 
The class will be led by an experienced and inspiring instructor, Amy Caldwell. As the co-founder and head yoga teacher at YogaOne, Amy inspires her students to bring together body, mind and heart in the present moment to enhance wellbeing on and off the mat.

Amy Caldwell 



Amy Caldwell's classes are an artful blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. Each unique class inspires students to bring together body, mind and heart in the present moment, enhancing wellbeing on and off the mat. Amy has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits in 1997 while backpacking throughout Asia, Australia and parts of Europe. Her studies have included Anusara, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda and Vipassana meditation. She also draws inspiration from every day life with Michael (husband and YogaOne co-founder) and their two children, time at the beach, dancing and reading.
